You can make your choice based on detailed descriptions, or request samples which will take a week to ten days in the mail and are free. Both options come with comments and details of weight and price. To make it easier for you, are quoted in your currency.
To help me understand what you are wanting, please give me as many details as possible, such as preferred wool type, natural colour and staple length. I have considerable woolcraft experience, and information such as intended method of preparation and intended end use will help me select the most suitable fleeces or other wool products I can offer.
I will also need to know your contact details, including what country you live in, so I can convert prices into your currency.
Prices are quoted in your currency. Payment can be made by personal cheque, cashiers cheque, or international money order. Please allow up to three weeks for personal cheques to clear.
Air mail postage to and from North America takes about a week, and from Europe up to 10 days. If I can keep in contact with you by email, I will confirm receipt of mail, including payments. I will also keep in touch and notify you when I mail the order, normally within a couple of days of payment being confirmed. Shipping to North America takes 2 - 3 weeks. I welcome queries at any time regarding orders, because I appreciate that some of you will be anxious about buying from abroad. It is my aim to make it as easy and straightforward as possible for you.
It is most important to me that you, the customer, are satisfied. If you receive faulty product, please contact me. I will make every effort to put the problem right for you. I guarantee my product to be free of faults (unless specified in the description). However, colour is subjective and not even the computer can definitively portray it. If specific colour is important to you, please request a sample, because I can not guarantee colour.
